Insight overseas all of the franchise and Management of 25 branches for the following mono- branded shops. I
was employed to open the new Versace, Canali and Gianfranco FERRE in Burjuman, Dubai. I was tasked to recruit
staff from numerous country throughout the world for management and opening the six shops on time and to budget (both of which I achieved) .In its first year the shops went on and increase by 50 % the target an win
numerous awards. As well as fulfilling all of my tasks operationally I managed, through careful P&L control to deliver the following:
- Sales in excess of AED 150 million AED
- Bottom line profit of 33% for year one
- Awards for best service in the company
- Business development - involvement in selection of new potential franchisee partners and sites as well as assisting in set-up of international franchises
- Liaising directly with CEO and owners of partner franchise companies
- More recently I have been tasked with the set up and opening of various other new venues such as Versace
2nd branch in Dubai Mall, Hugo Boss in Bahrain, Gianfranco Ferre in Mall of the Emirates, Canali in Mall of the
Emirates & Richmond in Dubai Mall. This new role not only involves multi venue management and openings but I also oversee all architectural and fit out developments of concept and design.

duties varied immensely but included: Recruiting staff and training of management candidates
Assisting in all HR related issues with regards to local visa & labor laws
Development of new concepts including space planning, operational design features, Fashion development and costing, implementation of all operational systems, overseeing of all training and the many other aspects
that come with openings
Setting of sales budget
P&L control with suppliers, contractors and company representatives

Liaising directly with suppliers, contractors and company representatives.

ordering system for sale to the entire hospitality industry
