Operation & maintenance of utility equipments like chillers, air compressors, steam
boilers, vacuum pumps, cooling towers, hot water and chilled water systems, pumps.
Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of production equipments like filling
machineries, manufacturing vessel, labelling machines, conveyors etc.
Reviewing of all the stock position of spare parts on weekly basis and Inventory
control.
Planning for purchase of components, placing purchase order and following up
with vendors.
Planning and execution of calibration activity periodically.
Validation of HVAC as per Schedules.
Monthly training for co-ordinates and preparation of yearly training schedules.
Handling and execution of QMS document of Engineering department
Documentation of Calibration, Preventive maintenance and training records.
Faced the regulatory audits, PIC’s audit & ISO 13485 medical devices.
Production Plan versus Actual output Monitoring.
Production Planning and Control and supervising all the activities.
Achieving Daily production targets to meet customer requirement.
Ensuring day-to-day production planning, scheduling and controlling.
Monitoring the Supply of materials, S.S/M.S. piping, Equipment Erection, Structural Steel works, Industrial Painting and Insulation Works, which includes fabrication and erection of industrial pipeline works

Responsible for Overhauling Of Valves
Providing safety equipment’s for workers.
Arranging scaffolding & required tools.
Supplying manpower when there is high intensity of workflow.
Making a record of the daily progress & Material Requests.
Handling steam blowing, air blowing and water flushing of pipe lines.
Monitoring the pressure gauges.
Maintaining the safety of Riggers
