 Reviewed Electrical, IT and ELV System design drawings from preliminary to IFC stages and ensure compliance to contract documents, relevant codes & standards and government bodies’ requirements.
 Reviewed material submittals, method statements, work schedules and other technical submittals and ensure compliance with the project scope of works, specifications and schedule.
 Checked and reviewed the Electrical and IT/ELV design report and discussed with the Client the project particular electrical design requirements and also the special requirements for the IT and Security Systems in coordination with the Qatar Amiri Guard (QAG).

As Sr. Building Services Engineer (EDT) in QP Al Handasa Office: Assigned as Sr. Building Services Engineer on part time basis to assist QP EDT Group, wherein the following works have been carried-out:
• Prepared In-House FEED for MPAC Phase-4 Scope of Works (SOW) for GT13111100 EPIC of Security Buildings and Boundary and Landscaping Works at RLIC in coordination with PIN, SOR and other trades.
• Attended coordination meeting with the project team and other departments during scope of works Inter Discipline Review (IDC) and update SOW as per the noted comments.
• Replied to RLIC comments and provide technical clarifications as required and also to Contractor queries during the bidding stage of the project.

• Prepared work, manpower and material schedules and requisition for proper material specifications and timely delivery on site.
• Supervised the installation of different electro-mechanical systems: Lighting & Power, Grounding & Lightning Protection, Telephone, Public Address, Fire Alarm, Fault Signaling (Building Management System), Master Clock, HVAC, Gravity Sewage, Potable Water, Compressed Air, Fire Protection (Halon) and Fuel Tank (100m3) Systems.

• Supervised site installations of various electrical systems/equipment in the Airfield Lighting Buildings of the said project - Lighting and Small Power, Grounding and Lightning Protec¬tion Systems. Also the following equipment - Ring Main Units, HV Transformers, LV Switchgears, Constant Current Regulators (for Airfield Lighting) and control panels including installation of cables and termination.
• Supervised installation & testing of the grounding system for runway lights.
• Supervised and coordinated with W.S. Atkins & Associates and Ballast Nedam QA/QC Inspectors for the testing and commissioning of above mentioned systems and equipment.
• Assisted supplier’s representative in the testing and commissioning of Airfield Lighting Systems.

• Supervised installation of various electrical systems involving Electrical Infrastructure & Power Distribution (HV&LV), Lighting, Grounding & Lightning Protection and Special Systems - Fire Alarm, Fault Signaling (Building Management) and Central Monitoring Systems in the above projects.

• During the construction of the Angeles University Foundation Hospital, assigned as a Junior Engineer wherein I have supervised the installation of various electrical installations involving normal and emergency power, lighting and auxiliary systems such as telephone, intercom, nurse call, fire alarm and controls.
• As Project Engineer: Estimate and coordinate with the Procurement Department for the materials needed on site.
• Coordinate with consultant and clients representatives in the execution and inspection of different items of installation works in order to maintain excellent workmanship conforming to the approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepared work schedules, manpower allocations, accomplishment report and written correspondences.
• The other projects mentioned above are mostly short term projects, where I was particularly involved in all phases of the job: starting in attending pre-bidding activities (where the nature of the work, materials to be used and the respective installation drawings are discussed by the client), estimation works and the preparation of company’s price quotation to the project. Upon awarding of the project, I then perform the necessary preparation, coordination, supervision of installation works and finally testing/commissioning and handover of the project.
