Monitor and manages mobilization and demobilization of employees with approval and guidance of
Operations Manager.
 Facilitate and coordinates with manpower rental suppliers for possible workers, once the required crafts are not available with the company’s current manpower resources, for short period of time only. Considering the win to win situation in terms of cost.
 Validates and verifies all required documents from suppliers; service agreement, muqeem, insurance
cards, medical test and etc.
 Local interview preparation and coordination.
 Prepare and monitors all required pertinent documents for the projects under coordination dept.  Gets rid of old pending issues of employees with Manpower Dept. by properly addressing the
Management.
 Placate and govern the current set up and situation of Manpower Dept towards sites (vice versa), while
improving it processes gradually.
 Develops and gears up more sufficient Manpower Dept. firmed policies for better and smoother
effective transactions.
