Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing of the entire Project into Architectural and Interior Construction as per the Project requirements.
- To make it sure this will be implemented as per Approved Design and Clients requirements.
- Coordinate all Technical Aspect of the Projects.
- Process Daily Site Progress, Daily Site Information such as Submittal, RFI’s and Shop Drawings.
- Reviewing ID Design Shop drawing including Fit-out works and architectural and engineering works.
• Conduct site visits to ensure the standards/quality of workmanship and schedules are met.
• Reviewing ID Material Submittal/Finishes approval as per Clients requirements.
• Attend internal and external project meeting such as Progress and Technical Meeting.
• Conduct a site inspection to ensure the works are carried out as per approved shop drawings and Company and Authority standard and requirements.
• Support Project Managers with responding to clients and contractors clarification on Technical and Contractual Issues.
• Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes.
• Works closely to clients to gather facts, project site problems to resolve and advise possible solution.
• To Ensure Project Site following the Safety regulation.
Responsible for leading an entire Interior and Architectural Design as per Clients and operators requirements for Marina 101 Hotel and Residence Apartment Luxury.

- Developing ID Design And Architectural Design and do design intent.
- Reviewing ID Design Shop Drawings including fit out works.
- Procuring construction material and make it sure the best quote and quality as per clients requirements and
project budget.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project.
•Carrying out the tasks identified by the Construction Manager.
•Complying with all Company Policies, Quality Procedures, Statutory Regulations and project specifications.
•Ensuring that the Quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with the acceptance criteria identified for the project.
•Ensuring that the work is completed in accordance with the specified QA / QC system and in a Safe manner.
•Issuing Site Instructions to the Subcontractors.
•Monitoring all Sub Contractors work closely to ensure that the Quality of the work is as per specification and is completed on time.
•Completing all necessary documentation to be included in weekly and monthly
reports.
•Issuing instructions to the Site Engineers, Supervisors and others to complete the work in accordance with the project programmed.
•Assist the Construction Manager of any problem areas, which affects the program of work.
•Completing all Daily Reports on time and ensuring that the information is 100% correct.
•Prepares daily work program, daily manpower schedule and advance planning schedule.
•Prepares and review plans and shop drawing in accordance with the approved shop drawing and specification.
•Prepares requisition material needed in the project one week ahead of schedules.
•Assists consultants, Domopan QA/QC, engineer during site inspection.
•Inspecting the site as per the team manager’s instruction, make comments and report it.
•Handling over of the hotel tower interior design package for all public areas including guestrooms, Royal Suites, dining and retail outlets, ballroom and prefunction, meeting rooms and front (G+37) and back atrium areas.
•Overall In-charge of 533 rooms by snagging and de-snagging of all finishing works.
•Reviewing shop drawings and materials submittal of main contractor.
•Preparing monthly progress report for the client.
•Responsible for the inspection of all architectural finishes at various stages including mechanical and electrical fixtures and fittings.
•Highlighting co-ordination issues and non-compliance matters.
•Preparing NCR for the area not constructed or implement on site as per approved shop drawings.
•Incorporating comments and changes.
•Quality control of all shop drawings and work executed on site.
•To provide full and comprehensive Interior Design within the team including review and enhancement of shop drawings, details and specifications for above said project
•Coordinate the relevant documents with Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing and electrical layout plans.
•Attending all internal coordination meetings and to coordinate closely with other relevant consultants in appropriate manner.
•Required to use and be proficient to all architectural/ interior design related soft-wares in the office and should be well informed of current industry standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Interpret client’s needs and draft practical and aesthetic designs conducive to intended purposes using the latest building materials and modern techniques for its implementation.
•A resilient team player equipped with excellent communication, analytical, planning, coordination, problem solving, and time management skills.
•More incline doing exhibition projects like what I have successfully done recently which gave my company a big credit and good reputation to the RTA-UITP 2011 and those people who came during the exhibition in Trade Center who were so impressed on the design of the RTA exhibition.
•Decide procedures and instructions for application according to design specifications and quantity of needed materials. Integrate engineering element into unified design.
•Familiar with building code standards, by laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and its effect on architectural designs.
•Keep up-to-date on latest design trends in architecture, particularly design programs.
Project Management
Prepare all the necessary operational plans of the site. Coordinate and follow up with the legal approval of all drawings and documents needed to veto the project.
Interact w/ clients and contractors, attend meetings and supervise projects stage wise.
Coordinate closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth flow of operations; offer technical advice on design, construction, or program changes and repairs.
Conduct regular site inspection to oversee progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and with operational and safety standards.
Ensure completion of assigned projects according to time and budgetary limits.

•Experience in handling large projects independently in interior fit out & joinery field
•Supervise the projects planning, scheduling activities.
•Develop and maintain the progress/productivity reporting system.
•Responsible of the preparation of shop’s drawing till handing over of the project to prepare as built drawing.
•Coordination with site for required materials needed including inquiry of material.
•Coordination with planning engineers for materials that needs to procure as soon as possible and to know the material lead time.
•Coordination with tendering department for the budget of the materials.
•Preparation of material’s submittal including material schedule to be approved by the client and consultant.
•Preparation of new variation as per site situation.
•Invoicing project cost, including material, equipment cost labor, and man hour.
