Duties and Reesponsibilities
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
Responsible for the overall assigned department which includes ensuring optimum sales performance through management of its inventory, security, display and other factors.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
Monitor inventory report regarding stocks at high value items and on floor items
Keep after sales follow up to ensure stock level is being monitored
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Maintain records related to sales.
Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and knows how to prevent or handle these situations.
Recommend select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
Uncommon neat and tidy appearance and a clear speaking voice.
Strong stamina and ability to spend lots of time on the feet, especially during busy periods such as weekends and holidays.

•supervise work load of the section so that work is processed to comply with the manufacturing table.
• Ensure that all products being produced confirm with company prescribed
standards
•Coordinate information regarding plans and shipment schedule to concerned person to achieve a common goal
• Endorse proper Purchase Requisition with the corresponding Purchase Order and logs the movement for proper tracking.
