Manage turn key projects for Audio Visual, Stage Lighting & Integrated Control Systems ( CCTV,
PAS, BGM, ACS, LED system ELVs & Fit Out System) from design, supply, installation, testing,
commissioning up to handing over.
• Ensure that key issues of cost, time, quality projects & technical management has to be realized &
above all to achieve client’s satisfaction.
• Work experienced on managing process of project's technical submittals, tender technical
specifications, material submittals, method statement, quality control procedure, inspection test
plan, risk assessments, O&M manuals preparations, document control etc.

• Make Site inspections & liaise with client for arranging facilities and other
• Requirements for installation (Like wall reinforcements, power & data points).
• Arrange & conduct Mock-up presentations or demonstrations
• Interact with client on the various stages of project developments
• Arrange for material delivery at the right time & place & to the right person
• Co-ordinate between client & installers for scheduled installation dates.
• Design & Source out suitable accessories (eg. Ceiling brackets, Floor stands, signal distributors,
cables) from external vendors.
• Discuss variations; understand them & present suitable proposal to clients for ongoing projects.
• Complete the project successfully to client’s satisfaction & present the invoice for payment.
• Executing AV & Multimedia connections & integrations.
• Cables installation and Electrical source supply provision for AV jobs.
• Executing projects mainly in the hotel business with LG HITV’s and Signage’s for the public
areas.

the Distributor of SHARP DIGITAL COPIER in Emirates. My job is to
maintain all machines which are under warranties and at the same time offering AMC after their
expiration. Since I’m the only engineer in office automation division, responsibilities are given to me in
supporting the division after sales.

Prepare cost estimate and determine the availability of spare parts & consumables
Overhauls machine
Directly involve in determining the quality of spare parts & consumables and analyzing their
movements.
