a) Assisting Quality Manager/Project Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system to meet client expectation & requirements.
b) Supervise/Inspection of all ongoing construction activities at site to ensure compliance with the project quality procedure and specification requirements.
c) Liaise with consultant for the inspection of completed works on daily basis.
d) Coordinate with the consultant / construction team /3rd party laboratories for the conduction of test of soil, concrete samples (cube/cylinder), steels, etc.
e) Inspection of major materials delivered to site.
f) Checking of fresh concrete delivered to site and arranging samples for testing.
g) Ensure that proper curing is being followed as per method statement.
h) Taking initiative to close NCR’s from the consultant.
i) Reviewing of test reports and ensures submittal.
j) Preparing daily / weekly / monthly QAQC reports as required.
k) To coordinate with construction team / subcontractors / suppliers regarding QA/QC issues.
l) Conducting internal snag listing in preparation for building hand-over.
m) Taking initiative to complete and close snag list provided by the client representative.
a) Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
b) Reviewing of plans/drawings and planning of work sequence.
c) Organizing the site facilities prior to the work implementation at site in order to meet target deadlines.
d) Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
e) Supervision of all ongoing construction activities at site to ensure compliance with the approved drawings and planned completion date.
f) Monitoring manpower, equipment and machineries at site to ensure that enough resources are available to meet the target schedule.
g) Maintain safe and clean working environment.
h) Overseeing of work quality control and health & safety matters at site.
i) Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
j) Acting as the main technical site adviser for subcontractors.
a) Analyzing of working drawing and method statements.
b) Planning of daily work activities.
c) Materials estimation for formworks and building materials.
d) Assigning manpower with their duties and responsibilities.
e) Supervision of masonry and civil works.
f) Supervision of steel reinforcement installation.
g) Supervision of doors and windows installation.
h) Recording and monitoring of materials incoming and outgoing at site.
i) Preparing of manpower attendance and equipment record.
