- Administration of contractual correspondence. Control and drafting of all contractual correspondence affecting the following:
Assessment of entitlement to liquidated and ascertained damages.
Opinion on delays/disruptions & request for time extension where required.
- Providing support in dispute resolution process.
- Performing schedule delay analysis including examination or preparation of extension of time requests.
- Dealing with arbitration claims.
- Liaising with other project teams and managers to recommend remedial action etc.
