• Planning orders based on sales and stock.
• Profitability of customer’s orders ( Pricing)
• Improving delivery conditions by planning delivery timetables
• Ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
• Responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain and identify new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery.
• Ensuring warehouses have enough stock (reduced the risk of going out of stock or overstock)
• Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand
• Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination and on time to increase customer satisfaction
• Follow up claims in case of any shortage, damage or delay.
• Negotiating with shipping lines to have the best freight rates which saved the company more costs for every shipment
• Checking Prices and negotiating with suppliers to have the best prices and payment terms.
• Making sure that all supplier information and records are up to date.

• Interfere to solve problems with shipments, clients or suppliers (claims) whenever needed
• Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals.
• Handling all payments and LCs, making sure all paid on time and all our payments received on time.

• Involved in the hiring, training, supervising and mentoring of the team.
- Profitability of customer’s orders ( preparing costing sheets after receiving supplier’s quotation and put the margin requested)
- Prepare / follow up orders (Preparing PIs for Clients & Confirming PIs from suppliers)
- Check for the best freight rates from forwarders, book controls follow up loading, prepare inspection requests whenever needed & follow up shipments
- Follow up with supplier on production process & cargo ready date
- Prepare & implement shipping schedule
- Check final documents of suppliers & prepare final documents for clients and send them by courier of through bank
- Coordinate with accounting dep. Regarding payables & receivable (advising for transfers and handlings LCs to suppliers & forwarders, following up payments from clients)
- Follow up the shipments till delivered to the final destination and make sure to be delivered on time without delays
- Qualitative report to team and managers on weekly basis
