-Quantifying items for the necessary scope of work thru drawings both hard and soft (AutoCAD & PDF) copy.
-Preparing Bill of Quantity and Working Spreadsheets.
-Constructing Tender Offer Letter to the respective clients.
-Preparing queries for tender projects.
-Sending inquiry quotations to suppliers thru emails and facsimile.
-Preparing material take-off & releasing of final budget for all joinery works.
-Communicating to suppliers thru email and phone for quotations and follow-ups.
-Suggesting and making Value Engineering for specific items.
-Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
-Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
-Measuring dimensions and quantifying the items for billing purposes in the site.
-Finalizing the quantities as per the site measurements.
