Responsible for being the main contact in the event of any emergency or security incidents that occur on site. Working as part of a team via a day and night shift combination

• Responsible for providing security services for visitors, protecting entity buildings, ensuring the safety and security of all visitors and property.
• Active in patrolling the parking lots and external ground, keeping logs of all security incidents.
• Interface with the Police and Fire Departments and respond to all emergency situations as needed or directed by policy.
• Monitor surveillance cameras.
• Submit written reports.
• Answering Telephone inquiry and Transferring calls to designated person.
• Arranging transportation pick-up for incoming guest and assist them to proper parking.
• Arranging transportation for dropping guest to the airport
• Responsible for basement parking for the guest
• Recording incoming and outgoing vehicles in the hotel
