• Worked as a senior process associate for US
based banking clients which Includes
documents reviewing, verification of document
cancellation, loan related request.
• Also worked as a QA for the process which
includes daily Quality checking of the loans
Processed based on valid checkpoints and
various internal reporting’s.
• After a certain point of time, moved to ITIS
domain and worked as service desk executive &
networking monitoring executive as part of
Service Management Team & my key role was
used to coordinate with other service
management team to resolve the customer
issue based on the log tickets.
• Used to bill Durable Medical Equipment for
New York based clients by checking the
patient's Insurance status through online portal
& used to take authorization from the patient
through call & email or chats.
• Worked with CPT, HCPCS, ICD 9 & ICD 10
Codes. Carry out quality assurance tests to
discover errors and optimize usability.
• Generated patient bills accurately, providing
detailed information on services rendered,
charges, and insurance coverage by adhering
HIPAA regulations to patient privacy and
confidentiality.
• Billed on behalf of Physician for Anesthesia Codes
for an US based client by Understanding the
HIPPA Guidelines as well as Medicare guidelines
& following those guidelines.
• Worked with a lot of Insurance like Medicare &
MCR HMO, Railroad, Medicaid, Aetna, Cigna,
Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Tricare, and
Worker’s Comp etc.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to
streamline processes and improve efficiency in
the billing department.
Passed out as a B.Com(Hons) graduate in 2012 thereafter that working as a BPO employee for several years.
