• Provide day-to-day assistance to any IT related queries.
• Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure.
• Perform daily system monitoring, availability of all hardware, server resources, and systems
• Active Directory management and maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain DHCP, WDS and DNS servers and connectivity to the internet.
• Applying group policy and management.
• Addition\Deletion\Modification of user accounts, resetting passwords, etc.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
• Automation of job using Poweshell scripts.
• WSUS server management, maintenance and migration.
• Applying security patches and keeping the server OS and Client OS updated.
• Responsible for system backup using Symantec Backup Exec and recovery.
• Part of Level 1 team for all customer queries both technical and non-technical.
• Ticket creation, assignment and maintenance.
• Created daily and weekly reports of team performance.
• Responsible for processing motor insurance claims of Allianz UK clients and providing services to third parties. Have authority to make payments upto £5000.
• Handled around 200 MiD(Motor Insurance Database) calls/day.
• Cleared EiC(Excellence in Claims) exam.
