•Creating mix & match visual merchandise.

•Daily floor walk with manager and staff on how to maintained department, in terms of visual Merchandising.
•Properly communication to AVM and RVM to ensure guidelines implementation execution accordingly.
•Review planogram to execute properly.
•Position, alignment of the fixtures & mannequin as per guidelines from vm corporate.
