• Responsible for developing, managing and retaining client relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) International clients with a focus on the South Asian Market
• Strong focus on Business Development for existing private clients; growing relationships and identifying opportunities through regular client interaction; with the aim to meet client needs, boost client experience, and maximize revenue in line with defined net-new-asset targets and adherence to Global KYC policies
• Leading Client pitches to generate new business to prospective clients and consultants
• Mentor to the development of the Private Banking Team and assistants, driving a team culture that puts clients at the centre of the business and focuses on integrity, high performance, collaboration and long-term sustainability of client relationships
• Conducting portfolio reviews, suitability & appropriateness assessments and costs & charges reporting
• Complying with all regulatory and wealth requirements, procedures and controls; recognizing and managing risks as well as identifying opportunities for implementation of changes to improve current procedures, systems and business processes to the benefit of clients and the bank

Relationship management of a diverse portfolio of demanding UK Resident Non-Domicile (UK RND) and
Global Indian high net worth clients
 Handling of credit proposals and reviews, client and asset onboarding, payment reconciliations, transaction
reporting and client servicing activities
 Delivery of a superior client service that ensures overall TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles and that
the right client outcomes are achieved
 Participating in roadshows and sales pitches for prospective clients
 Partnering with product experts across the Barclays network to leverage capabilities and provide direct
expertise for clients, and ensuring clients are presented with a seamless execution of internal processes and
services
 AML and Suspicious Activity (SARs) reporting
 Prioritizing issues that need to be escalated and involving appropriate stakeholders to expedite resolution
