o Manage, guide and supervise all FF&E works and fit out works (includes delivery, installation, maintenance and repair)
o Manage, guide and supervise in house manpower and outsource staff (consist of different trades)
o Prepare and review project documentation such as Method Statement, ITP, HSE Plan, Project Quality Plan, Quality Control Procedures and Forms
o Prepare and review baseline schedule using MS Project and Oracle Primavera P6 (includes administering the project budget, resources for a group of projects, resources utilization)
o Conduct inspection for all FF&E works and fit out works to ensure good quality and as per client’s specification
o Conduct site survey prior to commencement of FF&E works and fit out work
o Maintaining and integrating project plans
o Prepare, Track & report overall progress
o Attending site meetings as well as client meetings
o Prepare and response to correspondence.
o Review and verify BOQ for billing purposes (including CAD drawings, contract, PO, specifications)
o Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library.
o Contacting client, subcontractors and/or vendors to follow up on signed Purchase Orders, Variations and Change Orders.
o Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
o Various assignments as assigned

Leading the scaffolding & rigging team of 250 men, consisting of own manpower and subcontractors. Planning and distribution of required manpower and maintaining required completion dates. Preparing and designing scaffolding drawings using CADs A3D Max. Conducting site visits and signing daily reports and material sheets. Attending daily client meeting and safety meeting to ensure that the assign scope of work is completed on time and on track with the schedule with proper safety, coordination.
Handling and preparing all AutoCAD Drawings 2D / 3D that will be use to present to potential clients. Reviewing document specification including cost submitted by vendors. Reviewing constructions and design drawings. Preparing and reviewing P&ID drawings (electrical, piping, mechanical). Attending client meetings, checking and giving updates and progress of the status of the potential projects.
Ensure that the client’s requirements are met; the project is completed on time and within budget. Monitoring sub - contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained. Planning the resources and equipment in order to execute scope of works. Chairing the meeting with the Client related to Structural works, piping works, passive fire protection, GRP Fibergrate. Conducting site visits and signing reports. Reviewing and checking site and construction drawings issued by client and advising the client to the revisions required on the job. Conduct quality awareness program and providing knowledge to sub-contractors and field workers about safety precautions and safety hazards at work site. Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned scope of works between all disciplines and all other project participants.
Coordinate and supervision of piping activities (fabrication, fit up, erection etc). Tracking of required pipe spools and pipe supports at work site. Monitoring and updating the client about the materials required in piping fabrication, erection, hydro testing and re - instatement. Allocate manpower (500 nos.) for piping, fabrication, welding and rigging activities and coordinating team of pipe fitters in adhering to client specification for the preparation of systems ready for hydro - testing and as well as for re - instatement. Line walk and survey of installed piping, preparation of as-built drawings and compilation of test packs for hydro - testing, and also for additional tally for punch clearing list to production. Preparing Daily Progress report and attending production meeting to give the client knowledge about the progress at work site.
Planning all relevant construction stages related to Passive Fire Protection and Thermal Insulation (activities, manpower and equipment). Coordination of material delivery and coordination of Safety and Quality plan and associated documentation. Coordinating and performing QA/QC activities related to Passive Fire Protection and Thermal Insulation. Attending safety, coordination, progress, and planning meetings on site. Coordination of the activities with Civil, E and I, Mechanical, Testing, and Commissioning departments for smooth execution of the works. Arranging necessary Permit to Works and maintaining the register for the same. Preparing of complete Quality documentation (ITR - Inspection Transmittal Records, Test Packs, Method Statements, etc). Signing daily reports related to Passive Fire Protection and Thermal Insulation. Reviewing and checking Site and Construction Drawings issued by client and advising the client to the revisions required on the job. Coordination of the inspections and witnessing by the Client. Leading the construction team of 300 men, consisting of own manpower and subcontractors. Planning and distribution of required manpower and maintaining required completion dates
Reviewing Architectural, Structural, and MEP Plans. Inspection of Contractor’s work on site. Punch listings, Hand - Over, Commissioning and Testing. Coordinates and monitor site activities progress. Update the Progress Schedule and prepares a summary of actual percentage completion against planned percentage. Monitor manpower distribution on site. Attend weekly meeting and prepares monthly report. Finalize the figure of Quantities for payment purposes. Monitor BOQ Details. Check and compare (Plans versus Specifications). Monitor materials received on site and the material used. Estimation. Assess and evaluate any cause of delays and provides reasonable recommendation to catch up from the original schedule. Coordinates the materials needed to the Procurement Section and monitors the schedule of delivery so that it will not affect the site schedule
