QA/QC Engineer
Project: : Construction of Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman Womens University (Riyadh) and National Guard Housing Project (Dammam), work includes Buildings & Roads Construction, Landscaping and Underground Utilities.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily site inspection/walk through to monitor work in progress for compliance with specification and approved shop drawing.
• Liase with Construction Manager to determine completed work for inspection.
• Ensure all inspection reports are accurate and attached documents are current.
• Assist the site subcontractor in the resolution of drawing interpretation.
• Complete all QC Site instructions and coordinate their closure.
• Monitor the integrity of completed inspections and testing.
• Ensure completion of records specified by Inspection & Test Plan and other contract documents.
• Prepare QA/QC Monthly Report.
• Structural Analysis and Design of Building using Excel and Etabs.
• Performed complex calculations and prepare estimates of time and material costs.
• Develop detailed design packages, structural reports, Site Operation Procedures and Site Technical Practices.
• Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawing & Specifications.
