Internal Sales Engineer
• Application Engineer - selection of applicable Grundfos pumps based on different application, project specification, replacement pumps. Product selection/application of Vertical Turbine and Split Case UL/FM Fire Pumps coupled to Electric or Diesel Engines with “Firetrol” Controller. Constant Pressure System with Multiple Booster Pumps with VFD/VSD integrated system. End Suction, Spit-case, Vertical Inline HVAC Chilled water, Transfer and Circulation Pumps. • Customer Service Support - Coordinate with factory, products that require technical verificationsm production variation, price and availability. Handling sales & technical inquiries from Grundfos clients and dealers/distributors thru emails, fax and phones. Provide technical documentations and submittals for completed projects.

IT Assistant
• Responsible for the overall upkeep of company’s communication; Telephone, Internet Connection, Emails, Computers and Local Area Network System.
• Maintenance of computer equipments, peripherals, software related installation/repair as well as server files storage and access. Procurement of computer related products.
• Responsible for company’s Local Area and Wireless network system’s maintenance including structured LAN cabling, installation of LAN cards, switches, routers, gateway and file server.
