• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner while tracking project costs in order to meet budgets
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan while providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicate expected deliverables while utilizing the industry’s best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed while measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement

• Demonstrate a high understanding of the hotel services and facilities to the guests and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate
• Provide creative ideas regarding the lobby decoration based on the suitable season and period in order to enhance the ambience of the lobby to the guests
• Comply with hotel security standards, fire regulations and all health and safety measures
• Manage the creation, production, and dissemination of printed marketing tools, the selection of photography for print and electronic communications while delivering more than 50 events yearly resulting in more than $300K in profit
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards, inspect venue structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations while reviewing utilities consumption and striving to minimize costs
• Conduct periodic inspections of the property during any event to ensure compliance with requested details and the proper upkeep of the property, while monitoring and directing day-to-day operations of events, and supervising all staff facilities (technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
• Evaluate and negotiate suppliers’ contracts, perform cost and event budgeting, plan, organize, administer, review and evaluate logistical needs while managing vendor and service supplier relationships, and dealing with Events & Wedding planners for new clients
• Perform analysis and forecasting, set Marketing campaigns and online activities, while establishing a monitoring and financial system, and finalizing agreements with other partners

I have received my B.A degree in International affairs and Diplomacy. The main Subjects included: Diplomacy, Diplomatic practices, Political geography, Public administration, Administrative and organizational behaviour, International and regional organizations, Human rights in international politics, Public international law, Administrative law, Constitutional law, Law and society, Fiscal and budget. I have also studied Hospitality management and tourism for 2 years, my main study subjects included: Human resource management in the hospitality industry, Rooms division management, Law in hospitality and tourism industry, Electronic Data processing (EDP) in hospitality industry. I have completed a 6 month period of internship as Project manager assistant with the UNDP and as the Assistant for Head of Public Relations & External Affairs Division at the Ministry of Environment. I have been elected as president for the Club of International Relations at NDU, as well as being elected member of the university student council.
