Viability checks of the submitted projects. Maintains documentation and record keeping. Field visits for ensuring fund utilization. Leads the recovery management team. Plans and execute strategies in recovery of assets. Issues Notices to defaulters via mail. Assists on Attendances and Payroll. Monitors the punching system. Monthly Recovery meetings. Revenue Recovery meetings with Deputy Collector, District Collectorate. Create reports and presentations for High level management meetings.
Reviewing and analyzing research data; Creating and designing conceptual as well as data-driven Client-critical documents, so as to make them visually pleasing for onscreen professional client presentations and business communication. Medium used are PowerPoint (equipped with Think-Cell), Excel and Word applications
•Communicate and coordinate with overseas Consultants (Clients) to size-up team situation and ensure smooth transition of everyday tasks
•Value-add to documents through Proofreading so as to improve its accuracy levels and graphic quality
•Worked directly with teams at all levels throughout the organization to help identify and clarify business requirements. Planned and conducted requirement workshops
•Have been involved in training of new hires as well as low-tenure candidates; to develop their technical presentation as well as chart-making skills. Been part of numerous feedback sessions
