Day to day Warehouse Operations Planning.
Supervise and perform warehouse operations including receiving, marking, storing and issuing of materials and equipment.
Ensure efficiency in warehouse functions and reduce operating cost.
Minimize warehouse costs through effective management and control of storage cost, labor cost, etc.
Supervise and participate in the preparation of materials for shipment.
Maintain a variety of records and reports pertaining to the operation of the company warehouse; make recommendations for department budget development
Plan, organize, coordinate and supervise the operation of the warehouse.
Determine and maintain appropriate stock levels.
Supervise receipt of all shipments. Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed.
Manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all freight, product, and supplies that come in and out of corporate warehouses.
Ensure all production orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules.
Plan daily distribution and ensure the receipt of acknowledgement copies of the dispatch.
Maintain strict control over inventory levels in order to meet internal and external demand of product.
Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization.
Identify discrepancies between inventory records and take action.
Investigate causes of lost or damaged shipments and other matters; make adjustments where necessary.
Overseeing stock control and processing orders.
Keeping stock control systems up to date.
Tracking of invoices & shipments and proactively inform line of deviations.
Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
Keep accurate records, consolidate reports and take action where necessary.
Health and safety for warehouse operation.
Supervise, evaluate, and train employees assigned to warehouse.
Worked as a Sales coordinator and Administrator for BRANCHES, IMPULSE, HORECA, CO-OPS, MARKET and different KEY ACCOUNTS;
Create Sales Order, Fill up, Consignment, FOC invoices.
Create Outbound Delivery, Shipping and picking of goods.
Posting goods issue.
Create Billing Document.
Material Management.
Issuing consignment and maintaining their accounts.
Maintaining the branches account and analyzing the sales.
Stock transfer or GR / GI from location to location as per the demand.
Preparing Credit Memo / Credit Note/ Goods movement
Creating of reports/Enquiry of Reports.
Pricing & Discounting customers.
Tracking of invoices & shipments and proactively inform line of deviations.
Produce & analyze reports to determine sales/margin/profit information.
Inventory controlling.
Keep accurate records, consolidate reports and take action where necessary.
Customer relations development & follow up.
