•Develop, communicate and administer Procurement Team, performance and develop Project Procurement Plan.
•Communicate and develop long-term goals for the department in order to perform promote effectiveness and efficiency.
•Serve as primary contact for procurement related questions, training, policy and procedure interpretation.
•Oversee contract development and administration.
•Develop and implement procurement related training programs for Procurement Teams.
•Manage current procurement policies and procedures with a focus on their ability to enhance organizational value.
•Voice in budgeting of cost centers in the area of responsibility.
•Develop a centralized procurement program that adds value and efficiency to the organization.
•Process purchase orders, develop bids and proposals and reconcile any invoice discrepancies.
•Meet regularly with different departments regarding procurement for their understanding and recommendations to enhance policies, procedures and develop, communicate and implement new revised procedures and programs as needed.
•Educate personnel under supervision and ensure proper application of all HSE measures as per Company requirements.
•Organize regular appraisals for subordinates in order to agree specific goals and develop measures to achieve goals.
•Regular controlling of cost, productivity and Project budget.
•Performing risk assessment on potential contracts and agreements.
•Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement cost.
•Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments inventory and supply of goods.
•Identify the needs of system software and design the templates with functions for software development process to meet the Procurement requirement.
•Determine the compliance of LEED and ESTIDAMA credentials for Project requirement.
•Prepare monthly Procurement Reports.
•Issue Price Bulletins for Steel on quarterly basis to update the forecast for Project buying & Sales Bids.
•Regularly re-measure, re-evaluate and update the Procurements Records for maintaining the requirements as per requirement of Company's Integrated Management Systems.
