Job Profile & Responsibilities:-
• Fully responsible for plant operation with all aspect as operation, maintenance, quality, dispatch, purchase, HR, and administration after Successfully installation and commissioning of a new plant.
• Responsible for Quality perspective & GMP, GHK etc.
• Handling the Plant operation independently Develop, train, lead, control & motivate a team of technical to achieve production target.
• Production planning by taking in to consideration the plant capacity, order in hand, availability of raw material & packing material & co -ordinate with Dispatch Department.
• Periodically maintenance and inspection of the functioning of Plant & Machinery.
• Implementation of BRC (A GRADE), ISO-22000-2005, HALAL, HACCP and food safety system with a proper documentation and relevant formalities for the same.
• Responsible and accountable for hygiene and sanitation of employee and plant with pest control.
• Lead all business and regulatory visit and audit.

• Closely monitoring and training to the workers and supervisors to achieve and improved productivity with stringent quality.
• Responsible and accountable for hygiene and sanitation of all employee & plant.
• Team member of all business and regulatory visit and audit.

• Closely monitoring and training to the workers to achieve and improved productivity with stringent quality.

• Sensory, Physical & Chemical test of raw milk and pasteurized milk, Cheese, Paneer.
• Co- ordinate with various departments - Quality, supply chain, maintenance, accounts.
• Closely monitoring and training to the workers and supervisors.
• Responsible for hygiene and sanitation of worker and plant.
