-Identify recruitment needs of employers and use the most appropriate method to meet the needs. -Advise employers on the best strategy to promote brand awareness and to target the right trainees. -Contribute to the assessment of trainees and match them to appropriate placements.
-Maintain regular communication with employers.
-Develop links with governmental and private employers to secure suitable placement opportunities for trainees. -Support trainees in preparing for employment by facilitating appropriate skills developments sessions. -Coordinate and manage employments events and fairs.

Create and publish ads in various portals.
-Network with passive candidates through social media . -Conduct initial phone screens.
-Interview candidates.
-Maintain database of potential candidates for future openings. -Develop and update job descriptions.
-Prepare employment contract.
-Keep and update employee files.
-Assist in development and implementation of HR policies. -Assist in payroll processing.
