1. Supervision of preventive maintenance work schedules and troubleshooting for 50MW HFO Diesel Engine Power Plant. Like Auxiliary Modules, Boilers, HFO separators, Lube Oil Separators, Oily Water Treatment Unit, Water Treatment Unit (RO) also includes electrical system/equipment like alternator, 13.8KV switchgear, panelboards, 13.8KV transformesr, motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, HVAC system, fire figthing system & FDAS.
2. Daily review of operation logbook and update maintenance logbook.
3. Manage troubleshooting & scheduling of work for senior technicians.
4. Coordinate to plant manager & to client the status of equipment in the power plant.
5. Check & update consumable materials, tools & vehicles of the plant.
6. Ensure the safety work procedure is carry out in each work. And maintain HSE documents like work permits & job hazard analysis.
1.Responsible for the daily management of operation
& maintenance work, strict enforcement of electric
power production safety rules and the maintenance
procedure, timely completion of mechanical and
electrical equipment and ensure normal operation of
24MW Steam Turbine Generator, 30t/h & a 7t/h
Boilers, Cooling Tower and Water Treatment facility.
2.Supervise preventive, troubleshooting & repair of
mechanical & electrical equipment's like motors
gearboxes, cycloidal reducers, MOV, RO System,
HVAC System, 4.16kV Switchgear, MCC, transmitters.
3.Organizing and carrying out the work according to
the test devices like thermal gun, vibration meter,
insulation meter and clamp on meter.
4.Carry out equipment safety check and eliminate
safety problems.
5.Prepare material consumption report, make
reasonable inventory and make purchase planning
for stock materials.
6.Safekeeping of tools, materials and equipments.
1.Lead a team of foremen as per assigned site area.
2.Prepares reports on the operation of site,
maintenance and servicing of equipments.
3.Performs regular checks on site requirements and
coordinates with the project engineer and quantity
surveyor.
4.Plans and supervises the corrective actions and
final modifications base on the client`s final
comments, in coordination with the concerned
engineer.
5.Liaise with the consultant`s representative and
client`s representative on a day to day basis for the
approval of each work.
1.Supervision of mechanical, electrical and plumbing
works which coordinates with the civil contractor and
MEP consultant.
2.Preparation of work program/plan.
3.Preparation of manpower distribution and work
allocation.
4.Assist and prepare material take off and material
submittal
5.Assist and prepare of shop drawings, detailed
drawings and as built drawings.
1.Manage a team of Electrical and Instrument group.
2.Inform to project Engineer the daily work
progress.
3.Coordinate to QA/QC & the consultant (3rd party) for the
approval of each work.
4.Manage consumable materials in the projects.
1.Plans and develop equipment usage, schedules,
expenditures and procedures of 6MW caterpillar
engine generator, 34.5kV transformer, 4.16kV
switchgear & HVAC system.
2.Supervise a team in electrical, mechanical &
plumbing activities like repairs, troubleshooting
and testing of machines.
3.Ensure that works are undertaken and suitable
written records are kept in lines with company
procedures.
4.Maintain record for the consumed hrs for building
up equipment as well as staff utilization records.
5.Implement plans in devising new and improved
methods of working or using equipment.
