*Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
*Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
*Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships

*Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
*Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

• Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
• Managing/monitoring daily and month report, cash sales, banking, petty cash and stock control.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
• Ensures that monthly/annual target is meeting by providing an excellent customer service.

•Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
