• To plan, supervise and control the delivery of customer focused and commercially astute promotional and marketing support to DLM business units to ensure they maintain a leading edge within the industry
• Ensure delivery of price promotion communication to trade and corporate audiences supporting key routes as required throughout the year

• Provide comprehensive support in the development of communications briefs that are submitted to Corporate Communications. Review and 'sign-off' the creative and production output ensuring that they meet the brief and required standard
• Support the diligent adherence to brand guidelines set by the Emirates Group/Corporate Communications in executing communications activities
• Support all DLM B2C events, from planning, briefing to execution
• Create mechanisms and benchmark criteria to track and evaluate the effectiveness of each event or promotion and prepare post-event reports. Implement improvements as required
