*Inspect electrical system and equipment to identify and resolve any malfunction.
*Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning check and rectify any problems.

*Daily operate sewage treatment plant (STP).
*Conduct preventive maintenance of all equipment, like pump, motor, blower, aircon, electrical panel.
*Assist contractor personel working in a building.
*Attend service call complain of all tenant.
*Weekly starup of generator machine, and fire pump.
*Install new electrical devices such as switches, outlets, wirings, breaker, boxes. pipings.
*Test electrical system to ensure they are functioning properly.
*Fallow electrical code safety regulations, and company policies.

*Installing electrical devices such as switches, outlets, breaker, lighting fixture, wirings, piping, boxes.
*Fallow the electrical drawings and connections.
*Test electrical system to ensure all are functioning.
*Fallowing the Philippine electrical code and standard for building regulations.

*Monitor the operations and make customer approved adjustment of chilled water system, hvac, vav cav, pumps, filters, ddc, bms, vfd and other mechanical, electrical system.
*Troubleshoot and diagnose hvac system such mechanical and electrical problems, and propose appropriate solutions.
*Conduct regulation inspections of equipments and facilities to identify potential issues and compliance with safety standards.
*Performs rapairs and replacements of faulty devices, and components.
*Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work including documentations.
*Provide technical guidance and support to new team members.
*Inspect and test aircon and cooling system to ensure proper functioning.
*Identify and assess aircon system problems and provide solution.
*Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air-conditioning as well various testing equipment.
*Troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues using appropriate testing devices.
*Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the repair and maintenance of equipments.
* Conduct corrective maintenance of system to prevent damages.
*Collaborate to other team members to troubleshoot complex cooling system issues.
