• Coordinates with Hiring Managers of Six Construct in the whole region of GCC for any requirements needed.
• Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
• Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules;
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies, utilize appropriate media such as news papers, social media networks and job boards/portals
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
• Working towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
• Negotiating contract / salary, Headhunting and formatting CV’s shortlisted candidates.
• Developing long-term and trusted relationships with clients by attaining a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the organization, its culture and resourcing requirements
• Handles job requirements from clients from different Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Energy, Information Technology (IT) and Telecommunication Industries.
• Serve and act as the point of contact between the company, the clients & the candidates.
• Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies of the client
• Performing Receptionist Duties
• Ensures that the lounge is open for the first flight.
• Contacts catering for delivery of meals.
• Accomplished the lounge daily report
• Accepts/greets passenger and requests for lounge invitation/boarding pass
• Assist passenger when they have concerns regarding the flight
Coordinates with the gate agents if passengers can be sent for boarding
• Greeting and checking passenger documentation.
• Process passengers at the boarding gate
• Adhere and apply strict security and safety regulations
• Booking and issuing airline tickets
• Checking availability and booking hotel rooms
• Confirming of hotel in-house guests
