• Prepares Purchase Orders on all approved PRS on line, Job Orders and check if with complete documents.
• Pick up of items as the need arises, if supplier cannot deliver on said time especially ASAP requests.
• Transmit all invoices together with pick up items to FAS for release.
• Prepare Price comparison of ACU, Weighing scale, chiller, freezer and genset.
