• Welcome and greet customer
• Assisting, demonstrating and presenting products on clients to meet their needs and satisfaction
• Developing a good relationship with customers to be able to identify their interests and understood requirement
• Check the quantities of products on display and stock on hand
- Designing artwork for customer using Photoshop and Crystal Softwares in 2D/3D Laser Engraving
- Projet660 3d printer Operator
- 3d designing using Autodesk Mudbox and Autodesk 3ds Max
- Monitors SMART Prepaid System on a daily basis (SMS, Voice & Data) using Microsoft Excel and Opera Mini as a monitoring tools.
- Ensure that customers’ transaction is running smoothly via hourly logs of data.
- Following procedures/checklists and updating support documentation.
- Ensure completion of daily and weekly reports of services.
- Performs standard back-up procedures and data housekeeping.
Technical:
- Level 1 Support
- Does basic troubleshooting steps and handling of escalations relative to defined thresholds
- Standby database monitoring and archive log application
- Responsible for back-up, report generation and process execution
- Coordinate with content provider via email and telephone.
