Provides daily administrative support to the CEO/Principal, including managing an active calendar of appointments, preparing expense reports, writing correspondence, preparing itineraries and agendas, and assembling meeting documents
•Serves as secretary to the School Advisory Board
•Plan and coordinate all events and meetings for the Board
•Organize, plan, and execute meetings and events; negotiate venues and catering; within budget
•Coordinates internal and external CEO matters, including highly confidential and critical matters
•Evaluate priority and determine appropriate action, referral, or response
•Ensures that the deliverables of the Senior Leadership Team are completed, and deadlines are met
•Maintain all KHDA School Education permit renewals and compliance documents
•Provides administrative support to HR Manager (document formatting, surveys, email creation, and other correspondence).
Identify and develop key accounts and target accounts within corporate and identified market segments
•Participate in the preparation of the yearly marketing plan with the property executive committee
•Finalize the month-end sales and marketing report
•Develop and conduct familiarization and entertainment programs for the property
•Execute sales & marketing action plans to promote hotel promotions, facilities, and activities (direct mail, email, telesales, face-to-face sales)
