• Checking guest bookings as they enter to the auditorium area
• Assisting guest to their respective seats, accommodating kids on their cinemas .
• Solving any problems related to their seat arrangements such as double bookings
promoting new products and item to the guest.
Support the team to achieve our daily, monthly target.

Monitor stocks and inventory
Ensure the cleanliness and the safety of our guest

Ensure that all stores procedures and company processes are followed.
Follow standard procedure in cashiering
Ensure all the items and products are fresh and in time manner.
Maintain cleanliness of the work station
Suggest and do upselling as a high contributor to the store.
Control food waste and make sure everything was logged when it’s expired
Follow standard operating procedures of the store
Greet and welcome the gues upon entering and saying Thank you for their shopping and visit
Maintain cleanliness of the assigned station
Promote all monthly promoted and own brand name products
Assisting guest and help them to decide what products that are more convenient and applicable on their needs
Persuading the guest for new release products
Poster a good conduct to our new generation

Making visual aid materials for easy access of Learning
