• Assists the Estimation Manager in producing tenders, such a way prepares and analyses costings

• Prepares tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities or schedule of materials
• Liaises with clients, consultants, sub contractors

Working on a highly prestigious building material company. Concerned in architectural furnishings and documentations of a mid to high level residential, commercial and private projects ranging from AED 100k to AED 10M with the following responsibilties:
• Studies material specifications, requirements and relevant documents
• Prepares bill of quantities for cost estimates and quotations
• Coordinates with clients and suppliers in lieu for technical details
• Generates accurate and creative space plans, design lay-outs and any working drawing required
• Attends site meetings for further technical elements and aspect that may affect the over-all design
• Finalizes the design requirement for clients
• Sets final quantities and materials for purchase order
• Coordinates with suppliers in regards of materials and deliveries
• Monitors received materials as per site report
