Duties and Responsibilities:

*Respond to employee inquiries about Human Resource issues.
*Sending Email with complete discretion.
*Providing Administrative support to the whole operational Dept.
*Maintain update records of all employees, clients (Sponsorship, Kuwait, Qatar) with systematic filing of documents.
*Assist Manager, Supervisor with office job duties needed.

*Assisting employees or guest in time of need for action with intimate concern in HR Dept. with their satisfaction.
*Assisting HR function, keeping registers and maintaining employees record.
*Liaise with payroll and benefits regarding new employees and changes of employees status.
*Respond employees concerns to ensure resolution in timely manner, serve staff in necessary correspondence.
* Ensure all files and archives are safely kept and confidential matters are securely handed.
