• Supervise short term retail work functions across MAF Malls (Kiosks - ATMs - Service Counters). Implement systems to ensure budgetary proposals were accomplished.
• Drive business development to acquire new clients. Assess pricing of competitors products.
• Interface with retailers, retail delivery team, operation team and the Mall management on ensuring MAF standard criteria is established and adhered.
• Formulate development plans and implement them after seeking senior management’s approval.

•Oversee display of Media Advertising (LCD Screens). Take ownership for approving all displayed contents and commercial advertising.
•Liaise with probable clients and key accounts to endorse the mall.
•Assume responsibility for various aspects of MCC and ACC Short Term Retail as follows:
•Handle renting of ATM spots, ensuring a 100% occupancy.
• Coordinated renting of external signage’s to the current tenants while ensuring 100% occupancy.
•Oversee renting of Mall’s Temp Retail Units (Carts, kiosk, counters and temp vacant shops).
• Coordinated efforts to mange visual merchandising at a level in accordance with MAF guideline while making sure all displays were of high qulity.
•Provide assistance in preparing annual budget and accomplishing budgetary targets.
•Conceptualize and execute new projects and concepts. Judiciously improved business relationship with current and probable clients.
•Authorize and handle promotions booths designs including branding communications & assesse product quality.
•Oversee continuous advertising campaigns. Address and fix existing clients concerns.
•Ensure all information entered in customer database is correct.
•Establish long term business relationships with advertising agencies.
• Arranged events and exhibitions in the malls (MCC and ACC).
•Monitor the mall infrastructure on a need basis.
• Compile quotation and proposals for selected clients.
•Interfaced with mall management, mall operations and mall maintenance personnel for successful implementation of promotion campaigns.
•Supervise all requests related to promotions and media applications.
• Manage retail application requests.
•Resolve day-to-day operations issues with the retailers present in the mall.
•Communicate with mall management, operations department, maintenance department and finance department.
•Guide administration personnel to execute assembly work functions in line with accepted standard.

• Liaise with MAF legal department and unit accounts department on all work activities related to specialty leasing in managing the property.
• Formulate temporary lease documentations (Lease agreement, approval forms and event forms).
• Participated in department/organizational meetings and record minutes of meetings.
• Provide assistance to specialty leasing personnel in developing all leasing correspondence.
• Participate in meetings on negotiation for lease negotiators.
• Establish and sustain an effective filling system.
• Manage department computer database of inquiries with regards to prospects
• Support in compiling marketing materials related to property.
• Manage and improve performance of tracking sheet and software system.
• Ensure leasing chart elucidating lease expiries, sales turnover, lease negotiations and rental rates is updated regularly and current.
• Collaborate with accounts department on identifying and documenting all expiring leases and contribute to the preparation of final account.
• Woke with Mall Management on transfer of short term locations. Interface with current and potential tenants on problems pertaining to leasing.
• Record payment details and information pertaining to client’s on the J.D. Edwards program every month.

• Handle acceptance of requests for new subscriptions from American and Europeans Institutes.
• Pursue and aggregate subscription fees.
• Fix customer complaints.
• Ensure all material request by customers are delivered.
• Renew client’s suspiration.
