 Administration, Trouble shooting and Maintenance of Linux servers for enterprise use in a 24x7 environment.
 User / group administration, Server monitoring
 Installing, configuring, administration and maintenance of critical web services such as Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, MySQL across multiple servers.
 Setting up and administering DHCP, DNS, and NFS services in Linux
 Analyze and resolve client issues based on SLA.
 Configuring and maintaining the SSL Certificates for various servers.
 Familiar with Ticketing systems (Ubersmith/ Kayako / WHMCS).
 Managing IPtables/rules in the server.
 Experience in firewall tools like CSF, APF.
 Monitoring Dos attacks and spamming on servers.
 Automation using CRON jobs.
 Backup and restoration.
 Perform system-wide software patches, upgrades, and deployments as needed.
 Collaborate with multiple teams on projects, systems design and integration, and for troubleshooting.
 Participate in a tiered shift and on-call rotation providing 24x7 support.
 Mail server configuration (Exim, Qmail, Postfix, Sendmail).
 Nagios installation, management and monitoring.
 Configuring FTP server for maintaining share folders in the organization.
 VPS Management (OpenVZ). Backup configuration.
 Managing hosting control panel like Cpanel/WHM, Direct Admin, Kloxo, Webmin.
 Managing servers on cloud infrastructure - Amazon, Rackspace.
 Providing technical support; answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.
 Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
