• A member of the senior leadership group, reporting to the CEO and the pivotal contact for Auditors, Bankers and Government bodies.
• Ownership of finance control, working capital management, CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, forecasting, GAAP/IFRS based financial reporting, financial strategy, internal policies and finance procedural development to ensure records systems are maintained in compliance to applicable legislation.
• Leadership of five finance groups: Accounts, Billing, Receivables, Payables & MIS and directing the finance teams for the delivery of management reporting, MIS reporting, billing timelines & revenue assurance reporting, statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Developing and improvising various dashboards to constantly monitor, analyze and take strategic decisions on key financial & operational performance and metrics.
• Providing commercial leadership by partnering with the Corporate/Retail Sales & Products teams for all contract negotiations, revenue projections, discount structures, product pricing, customer disputes and risks involved, etc.
• Partnering with department heads in forecasting their respective department overheads and providing them with insightful analysis on variances in the monthly forecast updates
• Identifying opportunities for sound financial sustainability through cost savings and revenue generation by working in conjunction with the management and other members of the management team.
• Driving compliance processes and ensuring the company complies with all relevant SLA and legal agreements, to support corporate governance and risk management of the business.

• Provided commercial leadership to Client Servicing teams on contract negotiations, product costing, retainer pricing, sales projection & margin analysis; and Production team on COGS analysis.
• Prepared, reviewed and commented on compliance of legal and contractual third party agreements with agency.
