• Preparing and updating the Project schedule on Primavera P6 based on client interactions and as per actual
progress achieved on the sites.

Distribution, Energy, and other projects.
• Workflow development in MS Visio or any other software (This includes understanding the project
workflow, discussion, finalization, and submission)
• Conducted an Assessment for the Clients newly established Project and Program Controls (P&PC) group
and provide recommendations for a future state to strive toward a best-in-class project and program
management controls support organization.
• Exposure to NEC4 contract methodology and the various options available for different scopes.
• Planning/Scheduling for UK based clients (National Grid) substation project to develop L5-L6 baseline
schedule in Primavera P6 and subsequently provide monthly updates as per progress. This involves solving
P6 related issues, identifying critical paths, discussing with PMs, and finalizing schedules, lookahead &
Delay reports etc.
• Cost Management support in EcoSys including the creation, maintenance and closing of projects, cleaning
up negative ETCs & overruns as well as addition of change orders, Estimate Vs Actuals Tracking, Forecast
updates.

• Monitored the project exposure to control expenditure
• Created the cost WBS in SAP for multiple projects based on the equipment list provided by the Proposal
team.
• Ensured commitments of purchase orders and subcontracts against the allocated budget by the Work
Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Created the Billing Break Up (BBU) for multiple projects to help in billing for client.

• Creating MPRs and updating the progress of the manufacturing and site works.
