Responsibilities:

❖ Managing Active Directory domain Windows 2003/2008 R2 DCs/Servers, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WDS and Windows Cluster.
❖ Performing Active Directory Health check (Replication) and Operating System Health checks (Disk Usage, CPU and Memory Monitoring)
❖ Managing VMware ESXi 5.1 server, VMware vCenter server, setting-up vMotion, svMotion, High Availability (HA), Distributed Resource Scheduling (DRS), P2V, V2V and Alerts
❖ Administration of Microsoft Office 365 (cloud based enterprise e-mail solution) . Integrating BB/Smartphones.
❖ Apache / Tomcat server, MRTG and Webalizer in Redhat Linux platform.
❖ Web Application deployment in weblogic platform.
❖ Patching of Windows 2003/2008 and Hyper-V 2008 host server.
❖ Scheduling backup jobs using Symantec Backup Exec (D2D2T)
❖ Oracle database server 11g administration, execute DBCRs, monitor/extend tablespaces.
❖ Troubleshooting issues related to Operating System and application.
❖ Administration of Websense InterScan Mail Server security software and TrendMicro OfficeScan 10.5 Antivirus Server.
❖ Managing File Servers and permissions.
❖ Ticket management, resolving assigned Task/Tickets/Support calls.
❖ Monthly ticket analysis

❖ Scheduling backup jobs using VERITAS backup.
❖ Troubleshooting desktop / laptop operating system and application issues.
❖ Coordinating data center setup with structured cabling, patch panel, server racks, UPS, cooling system, switches, access control etc.
❖ Managing File Server permissions.
❖ Troubleshooting local / networked printers and scanners.
