Assembled the food safety team as needed and guide them through the periodic review and verification of the FSMS.
Implemented and conducting food safety trainings across the organisation.
-Conducting general safety inspections and internal audits in order to identify hazard and risks at all company premises and operational activities and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
-Conducting periodic light and noise surveys.
-Assist in conducting periodic fire evacuation and first aid drills.

-Assessment of training gaps on Nestle Professional team, operating third party business partner and point of consumption.
-Identification of key gaps in the existing system and recommendations for continuous improvement of the business, with focus on quality and hygiene.
-Developing quality procedures (Summarized card for pest control and fumigation process flow) and training materials (quick reference card for machine cleaning, cleaning schedule record, proposed cleaning kit, root cause analysis training material) to incorporate a sound food hygiene system into the existing operations.
Assess product and / or exporter risk levels, identification of product essential requirements and applicable standards following the Business rules on conformity assessment, classification, import eligibility and process flows and other related references.
Provide quality and technically based opinion on product standards and product classification and certification.
Assist in the resolution of standards, classification and certification cases and other requests and or inquiries by utilization of technical expertise on specific goods and commodity.
Conduct comprehensive investigation and evaluation of files with standards and classification disputes.
Actively attend and participate in team and company meetings / assemblies.
Assist in the maintenance of the company quality management system.
Conduct factory audits for assessing the compliance of relevant QMS of organizations.
* Review, modify and update existing ISO system.
* Processing of Continuous Improvement Requests and following up with other Departments and outside suppliers for corrective actions.
* Handling Customer/Consumer Product complaints and preparation of investigation reports.
* Data analysis - Compilation of relevant data and analysis of trends.
* Coordinating with external agencies and internally for scheduling and conducting Internal Audits.

Project on Finite Element Modeling to Study Rice Drying, Feb 2006 – Jan 2007 • Studied changes in rice drying using Finite Element Modeling program and investigated the effect of the bran layer on rice drying. • Conducted a seminar as part of the curriculum.
