Duties and Responsibilities
Estimate the quantities and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) using the soft wares like plan swift & excel.
Prepare the tender documents & proposal letters.
Assisting Planning Engineer to make the project planning schedule, including resource allocation, cost loading etc. using primavera and weekly updating.
Helping to Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports according to the primavera updates including cash flow, manpower histogram etc.
Prepare the variations by considering new changes or modifications in the design or layout and the scope of works.

Handled the civil Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, pricing.
Claim for variations and additional works, preparation of planning schedule of construction and weekly update of project progress and making reports using Primavera.

Duties and Responsibilities
Estimate the quantities and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) including pricing.
Leading Tendering Process.
Assisting Planning Engineer to make the project planning schedule, including resource allocation, cost loading etc. using primavera and weekly updating.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports according to the primavera updates.
Preparing Payment Certificate every month as per the project progress.
Check all the drawings using Auto Cad 2015.
Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
Site visit once a week to check the progress.
Weekly updating of projects using primavera p6 8.3 version.
Prepare the variations by considering new changes or modifications in the design or layout and the scope of works.
Attending the tender review meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities
Inspect project site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specification safety or sanitation standards
Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations or establish reference points, grades or elevations to guide construction
Estimate the quantities, cost of materials, equipment or labor to define project feasibility
Provide technical assistance regarding design, structural repairs and program modifications
Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
Prepare bill copy
Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors
Maintenance of daily records
