In this cross-cutting and individual contributor role, I managed JSSP’s communication products, report deliverables, and campaigns in line with the quality standards of Tetra Tech and the client, INL (Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs U.S. Department of State).
Duties & Achievements
- In charge of developing and implementing JSSP’s internal and external communications
- Managed report writing deliverables such as bi-weekly reports, monthly performance presentations, quarterly reports, annual reports, and final/closeout reports
- In-house journalist, identifying and developing project success stories
- Developed the CMS Public Awareness and Advocacy Campaign for counterpart GIRoA (Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan) institutions
- Managed submissions and addressed revisions of all communication products and reporting deliverables to the client
- Rapid response to requests for information from Kabul, Dubai, and Washington D.C., facilitating collection and preparation of information from relevant departments
- Manager of the internal and external contact list for report distribution and communication
- Supported the Monitoring & Evaluation team in drafting internal analytical reports and performance reports for external dissemination and outreach
- Liaised with Program Director, Chief of Team, Deputy Chiefs of Team (DCOTs), and Component Leads (CLs) to meet JSSP's communication and reporting needs
