IT Governance: Establish and enforce IT governance ITIL frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure the effective and efficient use of technology across the organization. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures, natural disasters, or other emergencies. Regularly test and update disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners, to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency
People Management: Build and manage a high-performing IT team, providing leadership, guidance, and support. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
