MPM works with Fortune 100 & 500 multinationals and market leaders. Projects have ranged from project rescue through to programme management. Project Rescues have included a 200m GBP million industrial build (2023, UK) and Commercial Build Ankara (2013-16 Turkey). Build projects have included a 50 Storey build for Morgan Stanley in Mumbai (2019-20). MPM has also been engaged by larger project management consultants such as AECOM and Bilfinger.
Responsible for GS’s largest capital plan outside of Europe and the US entailed the management of over 50k m2 of banking real estate in India and reporting to Partner level in New York on corporate and programme goals. This included the assessment, design and construction of multiple projects including front and back-room services including Data Centres. Challenges ranged from due diligence assessments through to execution management.
Responsible for the AIG/Lincoln development portfolio nationally (10+ projects rolling) which included industrial, light industrial, logistics (ca.50 k m2 and planning consent gained for 150k m2) and class A commercial (ca.30k m2), residential, works. Responsibilities ranged from feasibility reports and planning through to execution management
Responsible for the independent establishment of tendering partnerships and the tendering process in the UK for the Dunbar Cement Works Desulphurisation Plant (ca.27m USD). Work was co-ordinated between Germany and the UK and successfully won.
Process engineering management and tendering in the UK and Saudi Arabia. Tendering on a BDO for $110 m and the recovery and handover of Johnstone Matthey’s troubled catalyst production facility were amongst responsibilities.
Based in Germany but with three secondments (KSA-1993 and 1999 to 2001 and India 1995 to 1997) Design Build responsibilities were international and also included India, Pakistan and Africa. In the KSA my responsibilities expanded to multiple project oversight including a cement works, heavy industrial and residential development.
The construction of significant civil, marine (Faslane Submarine Base, UK), road, bridge and infrastructure. Complex design responsibilities were personally undertaken in both temporary and permanent works.
