• Successfully built my desk from scratch and with it a wealth of contacts in several industries.
• Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle. This involves organising meetings with prospective clients, getting terms of business signed off, taking full job profiling from the client, mapping the market for talent, creating a shortlist, interviewing right the way through to negotiating offers.
• I have successfully pitched, won and delivered a retainer that involved the hiring of 80 sales staff for a highly reputable organisation in the UAE.
• Visiting my top clients once a week to work on-site to ensure the traction and delivery piece is accurate and on time.
• Training new joiners on the company software, brand and ensuring they feel welcome and part of the team
