This involves organising meetings with prospective clients, getting terms of business signed off, taking full job profiling from the client, mapping the market for talent, creating a shortlist, interviewing right the way through to negotiating offers.
• I have successfully pitched, won and delivered a retainer that involved the hiring of 80 sales staff for a highly reputable organisation in the UAE.
• Visiting my top clients once a week to work on-site to ensure the traction and delivery piece is accurate and on time.
• Training new joiners on the company software, brand and ensuring they feel welcome and part of the team
