-Running the whole operation in both Housekeeping & Laundry Department.
-Plans & supervises the work activity in both Rooms & Public Area.

-Monitors Housekeeping & Laundry Personnel to ensure we exceed all guests expectations.
-Sets & reviews standards and ensure that they are communicated to all Housekeeping staff through effective training.
-Inspects Guest & Public Areas on a regular basis to ensure that the furnishings, facilities & Equipment are clean & in good repair.
-Maintains open channels of communication with other Department Heads.
-Makes Recommendations to the GM regarding the upkeep of
furnishings, facilities & equipment.
-Handled all Guest complaints, emergencies and resolve any
problem that arises.

- Assist the Director of Housekeeping in running the whole Operation in both Housekeeping & Laundry Department.
- Direct contact with suppliers providing needed items, Equipment & services for both Departments.
- Plans & supervises the work activity in both Rooms &Public Area.
- Prepare the General set up & lay out of the hotel.
- Assist in preparing the budget & manning for both Housekeeping & Laundry Department.
- Accomplishing the critical path for both Housekeeping & Laundry Department.
- Managing, briefing & Scheduling the Housekeeping staff.

- Plans, coordinates and supervises the work activities for the
following departments: Housekeeping Service, Laundry, Catering,
Waste Management & Pest Control, Porters, Security, Landscaping, Ambulance Transport and Valet Parking.
- Sets standards of optimal performance for various services throughout the hospital.
- Performs frequent daily inspections throughout the hospital to ensure desired outcomes of performance.
- Communicates effectively with staff, various representatives of outsourced companies and with patients to improve operation.
- Determine needs for repairs or replacement of furniture.
- Make recommendations for Management.
- Manage Lost & Found procedure and lockers distribution.
- Insures optimal allocation of staff to the different services.
- Negotiates contracts with outsourced companies and insures that The terms of the signed contracts are being executed.
- Attends to staff and patients complaints / requests regarding the
services and monitors the quality of outsourced services.
- Manages uniform distribution for administrative staff.
- Reviews, verifies and approves the monthly invoices of contractors, before handling them to Accounting Department.
- Meets on monthly basis with contractors to view and discuss their monthly reports and arising matters.

- Running the overall operation in Laundry Department.
- Managing, Briefing, Conducting and training the Laundry Team.
- In Charge of everything related to: Guest Laundry (Valet), Linen (Rooms Linen and Restaurants) and Employees Uniform.
- Direct Contact with suppliers.
- Acting as Executive Housekeeper.
- Running the overall hotel operation for Housekeeping and Laundry Department.
- Departmental trainer preparing the monthly training plan and report for all the housekeeping team.
- Quality Assurance member maintaining high level of quality.
- Store Requisitions.
- Managing, Briefing, Conducting and training the Team of
Housekeeping Agents.
- Coordinating with the Executive Housekeeper the Overall
Housekeeping Process.
