Provides hands-on support in the day-to-day administration of pre-sales processing in the KSA Business Support Team. Interfaces with all stakeholders to managing the Forecast and resolve all the escalated issue. • Controlling Sales Orders Deliveries and Installation Process from the Start point to the Final Stage(Customer) to insure on-time Delivery, and forecasting any Delay in delivery process
• Provide High-Level Client Relationship management in order to ensure proper quality of the provided Services.
• Manage Customers Complaints by reporting issues to the Concern Departments including, following up, finding solutions to maintain strong Working relationship
• Acting as a Call Center Evaluation Supervisor.
• Provided Weekly and Monthly Report to (Sales-Service-Project) in the region about the Open Orders and The penalty Forecasting, and KPI’s Utilization Report
• Prepare Delivery and Installations letters to the Clients.
• Analysis the weakness and strength areas of our provided services Via (CSI) Surveys.
1. Weekly & Monthly Report on Open & Close Job Orders for Western region and ways to address Revenues, Customer Service and Response Time. keeping track of those customer service KPIs time took from customer initiation to Job order being closed.
2. Monitoring all Travelling engineers TA. Provide report before month ends to cross check days traveled by each engineer for Hardship allowance.
3.Follow-up on Monthly Report from all the supervisors for on time.
4.Following with all the engineer working on installations to get the correct serial numbers with warranty details in order to update to upload this new serial number in Master-data.
5.Following the open projects by coordination between supply chain department and services department.
